Nodaway health officials confirm 13 more cases of COVID-19


MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway County Health Department has confirmed 13 more cases of COVID-19 in the county.

The Health Department says the latest patients are two boys in their teens, four women in their 20s, four men in their 20s, one woman in her 30s, one woman in her 70s and one man in his 70s.

Health officials say this now brings the total number of cases in the county up to 148. Officials say that 60 of the cases are no longer in isolation.

Seven of the patients with underlying medical conditions have been hospitalized, two have since been released. The Nodaway County Health Department continues to urge people to social distance and practice good hygiene.
